June 16 Candidate Forum
Madison County GOP to Host Forum
You’re invited to the Madison County Republican Party Candidate Forum. We’ve invited the candidates in the runoff for district chairman, district 1 commissioner and Sheriff to participate on Thursday, June 16 at 7:00 pm. All candidates have accepted our invitation: John Scarborough and Stanley Thomas, candidates for commission chairman; Lee Allen and Wayne Douglas, candidates for district 1 commissioner; and candidates for Sheriff, Michael Moore and Sheriff Kip Thomas.
The forum will be held at the Madison County Senior Center on Highway 98 in Danielsville. Pat Daugherty, president of the Conservative Republican Women of Northeast Georgia, will moderate the forum. Doors open at 6:30.
