COME LEARN HOW YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE PRECINCT CAUCUS, COUNTY, DISTRICT, AND STATE CONVENTIONS.
The Madison County Republican Party will meet on Thursday, March 18th at the Madison County Senior Center. The Senior Center is located at 1265 Highway 98 West in Danielsville, Georgia. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
The focus of this month’s meeting is on the upcoming Republican Party convention cycle. Bruce Azevedo will explain the purpose and process of the Precinct Caucuses as well as the County, District, and State Conventions. Please attend to learn how you can be a part of the convention cycle.

Republican Party to Hold Caucus and County Convention
On Saturday, April 17th, 2021, at 9:00 A.M, the Madison County Republican Party will convene Precinct Caucuses to elect Delegates and Alternate Delegates to the Madison County Republican Party Convention. Registration for the Precinct Caucuses will begin at 8:00 A.M.
The County Convention will convene at 10:00 AM on April 17, 2021, at the same location for the purpose of electing county party officers and Delegates and Alternates to the Congressional District Convention and the State Convention. Additionally, the Convention will conduct all other business as necessary.
Both the Precinct Caucuses and County Convention will be held at the Madison County Senior Center located at 1265 Highway 98 West in Danielsville, Georgia. All Madison County residents who are legally registered to vote and believe in the principles of the Republican Party are urged to participate in this process.
The 9th Congressional District Convention will convene on Saturday, May 15, 2021, at 10:00 A.M. at The Dillard House, 768 Franklin Street, Dillard, Georgia. The District Convention will be electing officers for the District and State Committee members for the next biennial. Delegates and Alternates will be required to pay a fee of $35, which is to cover the cost of the Convention.
The Georgia Republican Party State Convention will convene at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, June 4, 2021, in a location to be determined and will elect state party officers for the next biennial, in addition to conducting all other business as necessary. Delegates and Alternates will be required to pay a fee, which is to cover the cost of the Convention.
